Castbook — Delete your data
Castbook is published on Google Play by The Alchemist Code. The app has no accounts: we never ask for your name, email or password.
Data stored on your phone
- Open Castbook.
- Go to Settings › Delete all my data.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Your catches, trips, fishing spots (with their coordinates), photos and notes are erased immediately and for good. Uninstalling the app also removes them.
Files you exported yourself (CSV or backup) are not touched: they are yours, wherever you saved or sent them. If your phone backs up to your Google account, Android may still hold an older device backup; you can delete it in your Google account under Google Drive › Backups.
Deleting your data does not undo your Premium purchase: it stays linked to your Google Play account.
Data held by the services the app uses
Crashlytics, Analytics and AdMob tie their records to anonymous identifiers, not to your name. Google Play keeps your purchase under your Google account.
